Warranty Statement

This Pick Up Stix Tool (the “Tool”) is warranted to be free of defects due to workmanship and materials for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”). Should a problem develop during the Warranty Period, return the Tool by postage prepaid mail to ____________. If the problem is caused by defective workmanship or material, Willim Ventures Inc. may, in its discretion, choose to repair or replace the Tool.

This warranty does not apply to problems that arise where the Tool has been misused, altered, improperly maintained, or where repairs are required due to normal wear and tear. The provisions contained in this warranty are not intended to limit or exclude any warranties set forth in any legislation.
